The Tour
The tour includes a Hobart pickup in our comfortable 12-seater Renault MasterBus around 9:30am. Each tour usually takes in 4 vineyards in two of the main regional valleys.

“Great choice of wineries and the personal connections to the winemakers was priceless…”

Stel Says: “I’ve had reluctant partners who’ve never even liked wine before come away with a new appreciation and understanding”
Many thanks to one of my guests, Angelica, who put together this wonderful video that perfectly captures a day out with Stelavino Guided Wine Tours.
The tour price includes everything, a main course lunch with complimentary wine, all tasting fees and a bottle of water on the bus to quench your thirst.

The Locations.
Tasmania is a cool climate wine region echoing the Burgundy, Champagne and the Loire Valley regions of France.
We like to focus on the small, family-owned vineyards where you’ll get the opportunity to meet the owners and discover the story behind their distinctive wines.

The Coal River Valley
The largest wine region in Southern Tasmania, inhabited by some of the most well-known wineries and some wonderful hidden treasures, the warmer climate makes it ideal for more full bodied wine.

The Derwent Valley
The vineyards are laid out close to the river on gentle slopes, magnifying the calming effects of a maritime climate. The Vineyards are so close to the large bodies of water which helps to ensure maximum flavours and quality.

The Huon Valley
At 43 degrees south, this region shares many similarities with Burgundy in France. This region is the last in the world to pick grapes, perfect for lighter wines with intense flavours. Excellent cold climate wines and sparklings are prevalent.
